Look like someone are elling BTC because you expected Cboe ETF to be approved but Winklevoss ETF got rejected is like selling Twitter shares because Facebook plunged 22%.

One Bitcoin ETF (out of the many that applied) just got rejected and price of BTC went down. But many are still in application status and i believe once 1 out of the many gets approved, BTC will turn very bullish.
