Tezos lawsuit will not be dismissed
- A federal court judge in California has blocked a move that sought to dismiss a class action lawsuit alleging that the initial coin offering conducted by the Tezos Foundation violated securities laws in the U.S. The worst case scenario here is that Tezos has to pay a fee for the violation and give some investors there money back.
There are currently 6 people (investors) that are suing Tezos. These is a private lawsuit, not the US against Tezos!!

and after the fight for the leadership of Tezos several lawyers made announces and actively search for investors who participated in the Tezos fundraiser and now wish to sue them. Lawyers are driven this forward as they gain the most if the win such a lawsuit. no need to be worried as of now, the end of the lawsuit is uncertain and probably months away. And Tezos is a decentralized and global blockchain, lets not forget that.
