कोई भी व्यक्ति या संगठन जो होम्योपैथी या रजिस्टर्ड होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ झूठे, गुमराह करने वाले, बदनाम करने वाले या गलत इरादे से बयान, पब्लिकेशन, सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट या दूसरी बातें करता है, उस पर नेशनल कमीशन फॉर होम्योपैथी एक्ट, 2020, दूसरे लागू कानूनों और संबंधित नियमों के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।

बेबुनियाद आरोप, गलत जानकारी और बदनाम करने वाली बातें जो रजिस्टर्ड होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों या होम्योपैथी पेशे की प्रोफेशनल इज्ज़त, प्रतिष्ठा और कानूनी हैसियत को कमज़ोर करती हैं, उन्हें कानून के तहत मौजूद सही कानूनी उपायों से ठीक किया जा सकता है।

बोलने की आज़ादी और अच्छी साइंटिफिक चर्चा का सम्मान किया जाता है; हालांकि, जानबूझकर गलत जानकारी, गलत इरादे से गलत बयानी या बदनाम करने वाला कंटेंट फैलाना, लागू कानूनी नियमों के अनुसार कानूनी जांच और कार्रवाई के अधीन है।
