You must manually disable OTA updates from the tool:

First, perform CP downgrade

Once credits have been deducted for a device, you can perform the operation again on the same device as many times as needed without any additional credit deduction.
If you previously performed Carrier Relock and the phone was later updated and became locked again, you can simply perform Carrier ReLock again completely FREE — no credits will be deducted again.
