Memhash Ban Debacle – The Wallet Ban is a Flawed Strategy

Banning solely based on wallet transactions is stupid, to be honest. Let’s break it down with two scenarios that show how unfair this system is.

Scenario 1: Friends Sharing TON for Captcha Verification
Imagine a group of four friends pooling money to buy TON for Memhash verification. One of them buys 1 TON, does the 0.01 TON captcha, and then sends the rest to the other three.
Each friend uses the same method, passing the leftover TON to the next.
By the end, 12 accounts across four individuals are verified using the same TON.
According to wallet transactions, this looks like a bot farm. But is it really? No, these are four separate people who just shared funds. In TON’s ecosystem, there’s no way to prove who owns which wallet—making this an unfair ban.

Scenario 2: A Channel Helping Its Community with Verification
Now imagine a Telegram channel helping its subscribers with verification. The admin sends TON to 100 people who need it for captcha verification.
The transactions show TON moving from a single wallet to multiple new ones.
But these aren’t bots; they’re real users getting assistance.
Again, by wallet logic, this looks like a farm—but it isn’t. There’s no way to tell if these accounts belong to a single entity or separate individuals.

A Smarter Solution
Instead of banning based on wallet history, here’s a better way to stop bot farms:
✅ Unban users banned due to wallet transactions.
✅ Distribute the airdrop on an exchange, not wallets.
✅ Limit three accounts per exchange UID.
Exchanges require KYC, so bot farms with 100+ accounts can’t easily get 34 exchange UIDs. This approach targets farms precisely instead of randomly banning users.

If you think you were unfairly banned in Memhash, speak up. TON isn’t something we produce—it has to be bought or received, and every transfer leaves a trace. Their system is broken.

If this continues, TON will soon rot from the inside out—first, we donate to projects, then we wait for months, only to get banned for no reason. Keep this up, and TON’s downfall is inevitable.

Memhash Ban Update – Latest Insights

We’ve spoken with the Memhash team, and they’re working hard to review all appeals. However, with tens of thousands of forms submitted, it’s impossible for them to respond instantly to everyone.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions many of you have sent in DMs:

1️⃣ Why was I banned? I didn’t cheat!
The ban was carried out by an automated system, not manually. Many accounts got flagged due to suspicious-looking transactions, even if they weren’t actually farming. The team anticipated this issue, which is why they released an appeal form to manually review cases. Be patient—they are doing their best.

2️⃣ Why ban users who paid for access? Why hunt bot farmers?
If large bot farms aren’t removed, they’ll dump their tokens on listing, instantly crashing the price. Do you want another NotPixel disaster? Of course not. The bans are meant to protect the project’s integrity and keep its value stable.

3️⃣ How can I get unbanned?
-Fill out the appeal form.
-Message @memhashsup with a clear explanation.
-Be patient—they’re manually reviewing thousands of cases. They are humans, not robots.

Why aren’t you helping us write the appeal?
We can’t write individual forms for everyone. If we post a pre-written format, hundreds of people will copy-paste it. Imagine the same exact message being submitted by 100+ users—doesn’t that scream bot farm? It’s better if each person explains their own case uniquely.

My first thought, they placed an advert, I should be happy. And second thought, their days are so bad they needed to place advert xD.

Here's a thing, TON thinks itself as Solana competition. Hell no it's not even in the visible horizon :)

Solana is for quick bucks and hold. In solana you are either get scammed immediately or you hold tokens. But here on TON, you play for months, give them your money and you either get scammed or banned and given dirt.

3-4 big projects on TON it started considering itself as a solana competition. Just like Sasha thinks he's the God of TG projects.
