⚠️Windows 11 Notepad Exploit Discovered

A new exploit has been found in Windows 11 that allows a specially crafted file to be opened in Notepad using Markdown support — a new formatting feature that makes links clickable. Previously, this wasn’t possible.

The issue appears to be related to Microsoft integrating its Copilot AI assistant deeper into Windows products.

⚠️ The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute code on a victim’s machine, potentially gaining the same account privileges as the logged-in user.

In short… maybe don’t trust random files in Notepad anymore.
