A dynamic array violation happens when you try to stuff too many items into a box that is already completely full. Since true arrays need one unbroken line of memory, the program is forced to grab a bigger box, copy everything over, and throw the old one away.
Go: You have to manually manage a growing slice pointing to a fixed box, and when it overflows, Go grabs a bigger box and copies everything over for you behind the scenes.
JavaScript: You never see the box size at all; JS magically swaps the underlying storage structure whenever your list grows, hiding all the heavy lifting from your code.
