#72103 unit broke down on the way in WY under -20 degree Celcius, bcs of fuel got gelled and affected on fuel filter. RS guy advised to put some anti-gel.
9-1-1 brand anti-gel we can use for frozen fuel. Other brand of anti-gel for to prevent gelling.
and must check with store cashiers how much can put for 100 gallon fuel.

Trailer brakes stuck.
Road service fixed and their note:
trailer brake stuck driver can not move unit. the axle was frozen. should try slide tandem and might it work.

‼️Better to use Michelin brand for truck steer tire. not gonna be good if each side steer tires are different brand. have to use same brand and same size and after replacement, should do alignment as soon as possible.

Mostly made of aluminum or steel. Aluminum one is better and much expensive than steel one. Most of our trucks' rims are aluminum. If it is aluminum, we better use same one while replacing if needed.
Better not to push drivers in the frozen weather, and better use only highways. other small roads most probably be black iced or not be good condition. if drivers use the small roads, then if stuck there, it could be very difficult to find available towing service to pull out and driver might have to stay there sometime, in the middle of nowhere or can be not safe place
