WinRice version v0.5 is now out!

Highlights:
- Reworked UX.
- Added a Functions file in the Wiki which lists job of each function.
- WinRice is now much more easier to understand and use.
- Added an "Express Settings" option where users have an option to no longer answer questions on WinRice pre-execution section.
- WinRice now features a brand new logo and banner, thanks to @vancelmusic.
- Windows 11 is now generally supported.
- We will now ask you if you want to uninstall Microsoft OneDrive.
- We will now install Microsoft Teams if you choose to uninstall apps but don't select which apps.
- WinRice will no longer turn off Telemetry and feedback notifications if you're a Windows Insider. This is to ensure a seamless Windows flighting experience.
- WinRice will now enable Storage Sense.
