Seit 40 in der SS-VT diente er ab Apr.40 als Schütze eines sMG in der 4./SS-IR „G“.Später kam das Rgt zur 5.SS-PD „W“. Nach mehreren Verwundungen kam er Ende 43 zur schweren SS-Pz-Abt.503 und wurde als Kdt eines Tiger II ausgebildet.Im Apr.45 war er bei Bollersdorf, östl.Berlin eingesetzt,schoss hier einen JS II ab, rückte nach Straussberg vor,entdeckte eine russ.Pz-Kolonne beim Tanken/Nachladen. Dabei schoss er 11 JS II und 21 T-34 ab. In den folgenden Tagen nach Berlin zurück gedrängt, erhielt er das RK im Führerbunker,kehrte danach zu den Resten seines Zuges nach Bln-Charlottenburg zurück. Aus seinem weiteren Leben finde ich nichts, insgesamt werden ihm 102 Pz-Abschüsse gutgeschrieben.
