The Right of the People to keep and bears arm shall not be infringed.
SCOTUS is finally starting to rule correctly on Rights.
In the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v Bruen case June 2022 SCOTUS said they do not care about any statutes or case law from history. They changed the "standard of review" to "Text and History" of the Right. Actual word written from real Law, like Magna Carta, Bills of Rights, the Laws of Nature, Common Law. They went all the way back to Blackstones Commentaries on the Law of England and cited from it, that this right comes from Nature (the Laws of Nature, God's Law) and every man has a Fundamental Right of self defense.
Since that case more and more cases are citing the Bruen case in declaring State/Federal legislation "unlawful and unconstitutional". It's unlawful because Rights are supposed to be the real Law. The Common Law. Rights that all mankind has in common. What Rights are those? Natural Rights from the Laws of Nature.
There are 3 primary absolute rights from the Laws of Nature.
1. Life or personal security, which there are 5 elements regarding that right.
2. Liberty or personal liberty, which there are many elements to this right.
3. Pursuit of Happiness or private property, which in short, the right to acquire, possess and utilize our property how we see fit.
All of these Rights the Legislature State/Federal has no subject matter jurisdiction and can ONLY be deprived by the consent of a lawful jury or by the Law of the Land. Not by any Statute, Rule of Procedure, Regulation, Ordinance or any SMU by any part of government.

Any student of majority age who submits a signed statement to school officials stating the student’s objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from any or all immunization requirements at every public, private, or parochial school in this state, including postsecondary, trade, college, university, or any other institute of primary, secondary, or higher learning.
