This was suggested to me by a close friend of mine and I genuinely found it fascinating.
There are moments in history that most people never hear about and yet they quietly shaped the world we live in today.
This video explores one of those hidden stories with powerful visuals and deep storytelling, slowly building curiosity and making you see things from a completely different perspective.
If you’re into history that feels alive and makes you think beyond the surface, this is definitely worth your time. Big shout out for the creator making this video worth watching

The Coup Ethiopia Never Told You About
He was once the most powerful person in Ethiopia — and then he disappeared. His photos were suppressed, writing about him was banned, and to this day, no one knows where he is buried. This is the story of Lij Iyasu — the uncrowned heir to Menelik II, deposed…

Alright these are my progress so far on my coding journey I have said I started recently
I disappeared… but I didn’t stop.
At some point, I stopped posting here. Not because I quit but because life got messy, inconsistent, and honestly a bit overwhelming.
There were days I couldn’t focus, days I questioned if I should even continue, and days where doing nothing felt easier than trying.
But behind the silence… I was still learning.
Slowly. Inconsistently. Imperfectly.
But I didn’t completely abandon the path.
I’ve faced a lot of challenges in between discipline, attention span, motivation, self-doubt… all of it.
And I won’t lie, I lost many days.
But not everything.
Now I’m back not as someone who “figured it all out” but as someone who decided to keep going anyway.
This time, I’m bringing something with me:
Projects.
Real attempts.
Visible progress.
No more disappearing without a trace.
Even on bad days, I’ll show up.
Let’s see how far consistency takes me this time.

I haven't hosted or made a public repo for that matter but I have worked on some projects
But I have some records I made during those early attempts
Which i would attempt some of them here in a mean time .

Did this back in November 2025
Pure HTML and CSS
I would say this is my first ever clone project from Front end
Although my first ever programming project was as anyone BMI calculator

NeuraNets -Medium Inspired [made for Semester School project] dynamic web application built using Java Servlet as the backend and JavaScript for the frontend, with Bootstrap used for responsive and modern UI design.
On the backend, Servlets handle core business logic, request processing, and server-side operations. They manage client-server communication efficiently, process user inputs, and generate dynamic responses. This ensures a structured and scalable architecture for handling data and application flow.
On the frontend, JavaScript is used to create interactive and responsive user experiences. It handles DOM manipulation, asynchronous requests (AJAX), and real-time updates without requiring full page reloads.

Dynamic Route Mapping with Leaflet
I used the Leaflet JS library to visualize Geosync Routing logic, using custom color-coding to differentiate between various network paths and routing states.
The map dynamically calculates the best hop based on coordinate proximity, with distinct colors highlighting the "Greedy Forwarding" paths versus the "Recovery" routes used to bypass network voids. It’s a clean, visual way to see how data navigates a physical coordinate space in real-time!
I hope i would make more Map inspired portfolio level projects in the meantime

I was reading the book 'man's search for meaning' by victor frankl and shortly after came across this quote from the book on pinterest and i wanna say a thing or two regarding the last four lines...
My idea is true success doesn’t belong to those who chase it with desperation, it gravitates toward those who simply exist in their craft and keep moving, indifferent to the labels of 'winning.' We have to wonder: was Einstein trying to be successful, or was he simply being a physicist? The irony of modern ambition is that everyone is obsessed with the proclamation shouting about grand visions and monumental scale while forgetting that greatness is a byproduct of presence. You don’t achieve brilliance by thinking about it twenty four hours a day, that is merely anxiety disguised as drive. Motivation is a fickle, short term fuel, but 'being' is sustainable. Real success finds the person who isn't looking for the exit.

Think of marcus aurelius. He didn’t write his meditations to be a philosopher king for the history books, he wrote them to himself, in the middle of a war, just to keep his own soul intact. He wasn’t performing for an audience or trying to 'disrupt' an empire. He was simply being a man trying to live virtuously. His fame is an accident of his sincerity.
Or consider leonardo davinci. He wasn't chasing a 'personal brand' or looking for a 'monumental exit.' He was often so immersed in the act of being curious... simply being an observer of the world that he forgot to even finish his paintings. The 'success' of the Mona Lisa is a byproduct of a man who was just being fascinated by light and shadow.
Even marie curie didn’t labor in a shed because she was desperate for two nobel prizes. She was just being a seeker, looking into the darkness of the unknown because she couldn't imagine doing anything else.
These figures didn't have five year plans for 'greatness.' They weren't checking their 'impact' every hour. They were so deeply integrated into their work that the distinction between the person and the craft disappeared. Contrast that with the modern noise: the endless announcements, the obsession with 'scale,' and the desperation to be seen as 'someone.' When you are desperate to be seen, you are no longer looking at the work, you are just looking at the mirror.
History doesn't remember the people who were obsessed with being famous; it remembers the people who were obsessed with the truth. Motivation is just a fleeting feeling, but 'just being' is a state of existence that requires no external validation. If you have to tell everyone you are going to change the world, you probably aren't busy enough doing it.

I was looking for support resources (like hotlines, shelters, etc.) for a project I’m working on(part of final year project) and while practicing I ended up asking Claude to do a small web app… then I thought, why not just deploy it lol
It’s mostly focused on Ethiopia rn If you’re a woman or honestly anyone who might need support resources or just wants to explore what’s available(not perfect but idk )
