Gold is no longer a safe investment at current levels. The Monthly RSI has hit 83 for the second time, signaling extreme overbought conditions. Historically, such levels have led to corrections.
📉 Potential Correction: A pullback of 5-15% is likely until the Monthly RSI cools down. Buying here carries a poor risk-reward ratio.
⚠️ Avoid FOMO Buying! Entering at these levels can be risky. The market needs a healthy correction before offering a better entry.
✅ Long-Term View: The overall uptrend remains intact, but this is not the right time to buy. Wait for a better setup with favorable risk-reward.
I won't be surprised for 1-2% move upside from here on. It only reflects manipulation and FOMO buying.

Update:
I’m noticing that the current market is showing very selective buying in individual stocks. So, I’ve made a personal decision to reduce my position size per stock, in order to diversify better within the PPC setup.
For example, earlier if I was taking a single trade with a size of ₹2,00,000, I would now prefer to split that into three trades of around ₹65,000 each. The idea is simple: if I go all-in on just one stock and it doesn’t perform due to lack of broader market participation, my capital gets locked. But if I spread that capital across 2-3 good setups, there's a much higher chance that at least one or two of them will deliver.
Just thought this shift in approach might be helpful for some of you as well, so wanted to share. Hope it adds value. Thanks!
