To mitigate index divergence, we're focusing on a combined index, currently moving along a defined channel. Presently, it's at the channel's lower boundary, aligning with a previous demand zone marked by an order block. Today's movement seems more like a shake-off, and we're positioned within a ±1-2% range from this level.
On the daily timeframe, RSI has dipped below 30, indicating an oversold zone. Based on RSI signals, this oversold condition may extend until Monday or Tuesday at most.
