NIFTY index is also looking exhausted. On monthly we have RSI abv 80. This is now warning signal, we might head for correction coming 1-2 months crucial to watch.

Our cash allocation should be low and we should see exit opportunities now.

It might head to test levels of 19900-20000, which is 20% correction from CMP.

Over all budget is good, except for direct tax implication.
LTCG 10% to 12.5%
STCG 15% to 20%

This is why markets reacted. Sector specific things can work. But correction is indeed on charts. It took some temporary support on charts.

Major support is 17100-17400 zone. After this budget if we again see a new ATH, that can be final point to off load all that we have. Upper trendline on chart is the major retest we saw today if we breakdown from there, blood bath on charts.

It did the same as well. Took support on upper trend line. If that is taken out will see more sell off. But as budget is positive for sectors, we should now plan to use any opportunity to sell and profit booking.
