QF Mainnet is now live.

After 615 days since the original QF token contract was deployed, QF Network officially moves from preparation into its mainnet phase.

The Genesis block has been successfully produced, marking an important technical milestone for the network.

On behalf of the entire QF team, thank you to everyone who has followed the project, supported development, and stayed engaged throughout this journey. This launch represents the beginning of a new chapter, and further updates will follow as the network continues to evolve.

Sandbox Milestone Update

Prop3 has reached an important regulatory milestone with the official submission of its Sandbox application.

The review process typically takes approximately one month. During this period, the QFTH team will continue to support follow-ups and coordination as the application progresses. Entry into the QCB Sandbox would allow Prop3 to conduct controlled testing within a regulated environment prior to full licensing.

The next planned regulatory step is an application to the QFC Digital Assets Lab, as part of the longer-term path toward a tokenization license.

In parallel, preparations are underway for Web Summit Qatar, now less than three weeks away, where the team will present progress and engage with participants across the ecosystem.

Home3 Development Update
Internal Testing
Home3 has entered its initial internal testing phase. The team now has access to the platform’s admin panel to review current functionality and identify additional tools needed for monitoring and platform management.

Property Minting & Onboarding Simulation
Work is underway on minting the first test properties and configuring initial seller and IPO wallets. This process is being used to simulate the full onboarding flow with a property owner, from setup through launch.

Regulatory Progress On the regulatory side, QCB has responded, and an initial meeting is scheduled for next week to review the business model and product in more detail.

Home3 Team Update

🔸 Tokenization Progress Token metadata formatting for the Prop3 platform is being finalized, and the first property tokens are being minted for internal testing.

🔸 Platform Stability & Infrastructure
Several bugs have been addressed, pages are largely functional, metadata forms are finalized, initial SPV references are in place, and IPFS hosting for token data has been set up.

🔸 Property Onboarding Flow
A preview of the tokenization wizard, a key part of the property onboarding process, is being refined end-to-end.


🔸 Internal Testing Phase
The platform is now in internal testing. The team is actively reviewing all components and collecting feedback for further improvements.

🔸 MENA & Qatar Updates The MENA team has meetings in Qatar this week, including a session with QCB ahead of the Sandbox phase. Preparations for the Qatar Web Summit are also underway.
