Due to the economic uncertainty levels, people will be generally more susceptible to scams in this season.
The underlying reason is understandable.
You hope there’s one opportunity where you’d just invest your money and it works for you on complete autopilot.
Scammers know you desire this.
They know that at this time, you’re more hopeful than ever.
They know what you want to hear and they will create it out of thin air to separate you from your money.
Do not panic.
Breathe.
Gather your thoughts and reassess your options.
Now more than ever, you must lean on your powers of reason.
Do not be spooked into the waiting arms of fraudulent bandits online and offline.
Do not be made to forget that you have the answers inside you if you can only quiet your mind and listen to your inner frequency.

Crypto will soon be ‘properly’ banned by this government.
Connect the dots.
The government is trying to get the Naira under control, and its current method of doing so is to control FX transactions.
It canceled BDCs and soon reinstated them.
It floated the Naira and quickly backpedaled on that as well.
Now, it’s trying to tax any FX transactions done outside its window.
Someone will tell them that crypto is included.
They will say “But Buhari banned crypto”
And they will answer “Yes he did.. but not entirely. Nigerians still use crypto exchanges to buy and sell dollar”
Point is… in order to be an elite Nigerian in these times, you must be 10 steps ahead.
Don’t wait until it happens and becomes a trending hashtag.
Design your response ahead of time.

Don’t spend your life becoming the best in the world at the wrong thing.
Not that there’s such a thing as the wrong thing categorically, but some people invest their life force into a career path only to realize decades later that there were in fact more optimal options on the table.
Some people have a budget to invest solely in learning the actual thing they’re involved in.
Good. But I recommend you have an exposure budget also.
Attend industry events of other sectors of the economy and network with their key players.
Listen keenly to panel discussions in far flung industries.
If you’re in engineering, listen to bankers, economists and investors.
If you’re in education, listen to agricultural experts, real estate professionals and travel agents.
If you’re in fashion, listen to those in entertainment, transportation and oil and gas.
For bonus points, interview them for a blog or podcast you just made up yesterday.
You’d learn more about your chosen industry in a month than most would in a year.
Sometimes your next big move is a thing you do not know exists.
It lives as a few words on the lips of a person you haven’t met… YET.
You’re young.
