Perform a short journaling exercise to help you identify patterns and areas for improvement in your life.
It’s okay if you’re not familiar with the practice.
I’ll help you with 5 prompts.
Write or type out the answers.
Then ponder on them for a bit before you sleep.
1) What was the highlight of your day? Why did it stand out to you?
2) If you could change one thing about your day, what would it be and why?
3) What are you grateful for today? Why are you grateful for these things?
4) What did you learn today? How will you apply this lesson to your life?
5) What are your hopes and dreams for the future? How can you take steps towards achieving them today?
If you’re still awake, do this now.
If you see this in the morning, do it when you wake up.

Accurate thinking is a lethal weapon in the modern world… and it can be learned.
It’s not the same thing as ‘intelligence’ or being able to memorize information.
It involves an individual’s ability to encounter a situation, rightly assess its variables and arrive at the truth of the matter.
A lack of accurate thinking is what makes people fall for the schemes of tricksters, ponzi schemes, lying marketers and manipulative media.
On the flip side, it doesn’t mean you are paranoid and suspicious of every idea.
It empowers you to see opportunities where others do not look.
It lets you independently see the world, not for the projected illusions, but objectively, for what it really is... so you can see and occupy your place within it.
Modern science has impressively attempted to teach us about the science of accurate decisions, and that is where we get ‘Mental Models’.
Mental Models are time tested methodologies that help us solve problems and understand the world (and its people) better.
In the new year, and decade… this tool will be your most important weapon of warfare.

At this time, the following jobs are already endangered:
- Copywriters
- Graphic designers
- Content Writers
- Ghost writers (for authors)
- Video editors
- Audio engineers
- Voice over artists
- Audio transcription services
- Book editors
- Some categories of researchers
- Photographers (not yet, but soon)
- Digital artists
- Animators (not yet, but soon)
All these personnel will be replaced by just one person who knows how to work the farms of the internet with the self driving tractor called A.I.
Say hello to the Digital Solutions Architect.
The Digital Solutions Architect is one who can perform all the above tasks, not by picking up cutlasses and hoes and doing the grunt work, but by knowing exactly how to instruct A.I. to accomplish any given task.
A true jack of all trades, still a master of all (sort of).
A.I. tools are not just toys to be shocked and amazed by.
Used properly, they can drive your entire business and become profit-pulling, idea-generating machines at almost zero cost.
Now let me talk to business owners and employers of labour... this part is hard to talk about because it will lead to job losses.. but still...
Learning about this will cut down your hiring costs as you will only need 1 or 2 (A.I.-trained) people to do the job of 10.
