المسؤوليات والمهام :
- تسجيل الوثائق المالية عن طريق إدخالها إلى الكمبيوتر.
- التوصية بالإجراءات المالية عن طريق تحليل الخيارات المحاسبية.
- القيام بعملية مراقبة دفع الفواتير المستحقة وإدارة حسابات القبض.
- تقديم التقارير المالية لمدير الشؤون المالية.
- تعزيز المعاملات المالية من خلال مراجعة الحسابات.

الشروط المطلوبة :
- شهادة جامعية.في التجارة والاقتصاد قسم الماحسبة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال.
- قدرة عالية على التواصل و إدارة الأزمات.
- خبرة عالية في العمل على الكمبيوتر وبرامج الأوفيس.
- إجادة اللغة الإنكليزية.
- أن يكون متفرغاً مع القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Design and implement water systems, treatment and distribution systems - potable or other uses.
- Deliver training on water treatment, water quality testing, and maintenance for local actors, cleaners, community volunteers
- Assess condition, set up maintenance systems, pumps, generators, pipe networks, and water quality testing equipment.
- Support and implement hygiene promotion campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:
------------------------------
- A university degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in managing and implementing Water and Sanitation.
- Familiarity or experience with SPHERE Standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

The Finance Assistant is responsible for:
1- Ensure maintenance of all accounting records, ensuring that records are complete, accurate and safeguarded.
2- Ensure proper filing of monthly vouchers and paperwork.
3- Review all documents submitted for payment to ensure proper procedures have been followed.
4- Oversee petty cash maintenance and bank register maintenance, ensuring all expenses are reasonable and appropriately authorised and recorded.
5- Maintain local excel cash books, ensuring all movements are recorded, reconciled, and coded to appropriate donors and projects.
6- Timely submission to Finance Manager of weekly and monthly requirements
7- Ensure that all supporting documentation is prepared and filed according to Silk Road procedures.
8- Review & reconcile physical cash to the cash tracking sheet daily, and to the cash book weekly.
9- Travel to Syria as much as needed and required (It could be twice a month).
