Experience-

Minimum of 10 years working experience in GCC, with deep knowledge of all building systems. Managed large commercial buildings.

UPDA certified

QCDD certified and able to manage Civil Defense inspections.

High level of knowledge of industry standards and ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans, and other specifications.

Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, and construction material requirements.

Good technical knowledge of heat load calculations, piping and duct design, motor and pump selection, AHU performance review. Can independently carry out such calculations for new projects or upgrades

Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation.

High level of knowledge in Fire Fighting and Life Safety systems, able to attend Qatar Civil Defense technical meetings and site inspections.

Compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC
