Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Veterinary Doctor with expertise in small animal care, particularly cats and dogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch care. You will lead clinical efforts, mentor junior veterinarians, and collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage medical conditions, injuries, and diseases in cats and dogs.
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures (spay/neuter, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgeries is a plus,dental surgery, etc.).
- Provide comprehensive preventive care, including vaccinations, parasite control, and wellness exams.
- Interpret diagnostic tests (radiographs, ultrasounds, blood tests) to provide accurate treatment plans.
- Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic illnesses and follow up on complex cases.
- Lead and mentor junior veterinary staff, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and high standards of care.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, offering education on pet care and treatment options.
- Oversee inventory management related to medications, diagnostic tools, and treatment supplies.
- Place and manage supply orders, including Snoonu and talabat orders, and oversee stock management using clinic applications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in veterinary medicine and implement best practices.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
- Valid veterinary license in [Country/State/Region].
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on small animals (cats and dogs).
- Advanced surgical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with medical advancements.
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software is a plus.
