Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate for our client based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants oil field or related industries such as spare parts, tyres, batteries, building materials, and construction. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the lubricants oil or related industries.

Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with customers.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Associate, preferably in the lubricants oil field or related industries (spare parts, tyres, batteries, building materials, construction).

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary starts at 4000 QAR with attractive incentives based on performance.
