Required Qualification & JD :
B.E. Electrical with minimum 15 years relevant of
experience in Transformer manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge in Engineering, Design and
Development of Transformers ranging from small size
Cast Resin type / oil type to 45 MVA, 132 KV capacity.
To lead mechanical and electrical design team
To manage physical resources and engineers
engaged in current engineering, future developments.
To direct complex technical analysis and
investigations
To implement initiatives to cost effective design
and provide advice on issues and technical support to
other departments
To handle and establish Transformer
Manufacturing facility.
To verify purchaser specifications,
manufacturing drawings, BOQ.
To provide detailed engineering for any customer
contracts.
To evaluate the vendors and develop new
vendors for all transformer items
Strong communication skills.
