process with 4-6 years' experience in the same
position as a Supervisor.
- Have general knowledge of plastic resins as LDPE,
LLDPE, and HDPE and their application.
- Have good practical knowledge of blown film
extrusion process troubleshooting

Ability to perform, assist and supervise Operator in
making machine setting adjustments to achieve
quality and productivity objectives.
- (Sets-up machine to specifications outlined on the
order/ Sets-up machine to standard set-up time &
procedure.
- Good communication skills in English required
