Designation: Project Manager - Maintenance &
Retrofit Jobs
Division: AC Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:

1.Generate new Maintenance contracts and Retrofit
Jobs.
2. Maintaining the exiting maintenance contracts and
retaining the customers.
3.Involve more on operational matters, expense
control and general initiatives of the division to ensure
proper support to divisional manager for an effective
and profitable financial result.
4. Take necessary material, drawing and specification
approval from consultant/client/ Authorities
whichever applicable for project to project.
5.Plan and implement the PPM for maintenance jobs
in time.
6. Coordinate with technician, supervisors and call
center for timely completion of breakdown

Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical with minimum 15
years' experience in handling maintenance contracts
and Retrofit jobs, preferably in GCC Region.

Experience in companies like Voltas, ETA or Blue star
is highly desirable.

* Degree in quantity surveying
• PQS background with at least five years' experience

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials,
time and labor costs
* Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for
tenders and contracts
• Coordination of work effort
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
• Valuing completed work and arranging for payments

Key skills for chartered surveyors
• Numeracy
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the
ability to learn how to use specialist software
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal
skills
