2. 用户全生命周期管理与分层运营（User Lifecycle & Segmentation）
负责建立并优化用户全生命周期管理体系，通过数据分析持续优化用户转化与留存。
对用户全链路转化漏斗进行分析，包括：
注册 → KYC → 入金 → 划转 → 首次交易 → 复购 → 流失
通过数据埋点分析识别关键流失环节，并设计针对性的运营策略提升转化率。
同时建立用户分层运营体系，包括：
VIP / 大户运营
识别高价值交易用户，分析其交易行为特征（如交易策略、杠杆偏好及交易频率），并协助制定针对性费率政策及交易激励方案。
普通用户运营
通过用户标签体系识别沉睡用户或潜在流失用户，设计自动化召回策略和运营活动，提高用户活跃度与交易频率。
此外，通过用户行为分析建立交易用户画像体系，为市场投放、产品优化及运营策略提供数据支持。
3. 活动策略与 ROI 管理（Campaign Strategy & ROI Optimization）
负责合约交易相关运营活动的整体策略设计与效果评估。
在活动上线前，通过数据模型进行活动效果预测，包括：
• 预期交易量提升
• 奖励成本
• 盈亏平衡点（Break-even Point）
• 资金损耗风险
确保运营活动具备合理的 ROI。
在活动结束后，对活动效果进行全面复盘，分析真实用户贡献、交易增长结构及用户留存情况，剔除异常交易行为后计算真实获客成本（CAC）及用户价值。
基于数据复盘持续优化活动策略，例如优化奖励机制或调整活动结构，以提升活动效率。
4. 竞品监控与市场策略（Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy）
持续跟踪主要交易所（如 Binance、Bybit、OKX 等）的合约业务动态，包括：
• 新币上线节奏
• 手续费政策
• 活动补贴策略
• 交易激励机制
通过竞品分析评估市场竞争环境，并结合平台业务情况制定相应策略，例如调整运营活动、优化交易激励或推出专项活动，以保持平台在市场中的竞争力。

1. 教育背景
本科及以上学历，统计学、金融、数学、经济学或相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
3年以上互联网数据运营、商业分析（Business Analysis）或加密货币交易所业务运营经验，有衍生品交易业务经验者优先。
