Jimbo's Lemon Steak Marinade

Mix together in a bowl:
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp honey
• pinch of thyme

Let meat sit in it in bowl for 30-50 minutes careful not to leave in past this because it will fully break the tendons and the meat will become mushy.
Cook until happy remove from pan then pour 1 tbsp balsamic and 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp butter simmer for 1 minute then pour over steak.
