IDF: The IDF continues to strike terror targets in the Gaza Strip, and killed terrorists exiting a terror tunnel in the Gaza Strip

Over the course of the day, the IDF continued to strike Hamas military targets in the Gaza Strip, including in Jabaliya, Zaytun, Al-Furqan, and Beit Hanoun. The targets that were struck include terror operatives, operational command centers, and dozens of mortar shell launchers. During the evening, an IDF fighter jet located a building containing a number of terrorists and killed the terrorist squad.

Additionally, during the afternoon, the IDF identified a number of Hamas operatives exiting a terror tunnel in the Gaza Strip. An IDF aircraft killed the terrorists and struck the terror tunnel that they exited.

The IDF continues to target Hamas terrorist organization operatives and degrade their capabilities.

IDF: The IDF continues its efforts to identify and locate the missing soldiers simultaneously with the process of identification and burial of its fallen soldiers

The Military Rabbinate is accompanying the identification and burial process. So far, the IDF has informed the families of 258 fallen soldiers. This is part of a joint effort involving the Home Front Command, the Israel Police, security forces, government ministries, and local authorities, together with the newly-formed Missing Persons Center to locate or identify all those unidentified or unaccounted for.

Following ISA intelligence, IDF fighter jets operated in the Gaza Strip and killed Billal Al Kedra last night, the Nukhba commander of the forces in southern Khan Yunis, who was responsible for the Kibbutz Nirim massacre. Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror operatives were also killed.

The IDF also struck over one hundred military targets located in Zaytun, Khan Yunis, and west Jabaliya. These strikes impacted the capabilities of the Hamas terrorist organization, by targeting its operational command centers, military compounds, dozens of launchers, anti-tank missile launch posts and observation posts. Furthermore, operational command centers belonging to the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization were struck.
