Jerkgram is entering the final stage before its first public release.

We’re finishing the last fixes, checking the release build and preparing everything needed for launch.

Before Jerkgram becomes available, there are a few important things to know:

🔔 Push notifications are currently unavailable in Jerkgram due to the way the app is distributed and signed.

📱 Jerkgram cannot currently be installed alongside the official Telegram app — both use the same application identifier, so the official Telegram app will need to be removed before installing Jerkgram.

🔄 We recommend keeping a secondary Telegram client installed as a fallback. For example, Swiftgram can be used alongside Jerkgram to receive notifications and to access Telegram if something in an early Jerkgram release temporarily doesn’t work as expected.

Jerkgram is an independent project and is not affiliated with Swiftgram — it’s simply one possible backup client.

These limitations and recommendations will also be clearly mentioned on the website and in the release post.

🇬🇧 Jerkgram 1.0 has been temporarily withdrawn. 🧰

Shortly after the first public release, an installation issue was discovered affecting users who sign Jerkgram using some free signing methods.

Because of this, the Jerkgram 1.0 IPA has been temporarily removed from the official sources rather than continuing to distribute a build that part of the audience may simply be unable to install.

🔬 Right now, different installation and signing scenarios are being tested to determine the exact cause and prepare a corrected public build.

Jerkgram 1.0 is not cancelled.

The current goal is to restore the release within the next week — and potentially much earlier if the corrected build passes testing sooner.

I don’t want to announce another exact date until the new build has been tested outside my own development environment and confirmed to install normally through the affected signing methods.

If Jerkgram is already installed on your device and works normally, you can continue using it.

The corrected build will be published here once the installation tests are complete.

Вскоре после первого публичного релиза была обнаружена проблема с установкой, затрагивающая пользователей, которые подписывают Jerkgram некоторыми бесплатными способами.

Поэтому IPA Jerkgram 1.0 временно удалён из официальных источников, чтобы не продолжать распространять сборку, которую часть аудитории попросту не может установить.

🔬 Сейчас тестируются разные сценарии установки и подписи, чтобы точно определить причину проблемы и подготовить исправленную публичную сборку.

Jerkgram 1.0 не отменён.

Сейчас цель — вернуть релиз в течение ближайшей недели — и, возможно, значительно раньше, если исправленная сборка успешно пройдёт тестирование быстрее.

Я не хочу снова называть точную дату, пока новая сборка не будет проверена за пределами моей собственной среды разработки и не подтвердится нормальная установка через затронутые способы подписи.

Если Jerkgram у вас уже установлен и работает нормально, продолжать пользоваться им можно.

Исправленная сборка будет опубликована здесь сразу после завершения необходимых тестов установки.

The updated build has now been successfully tested through Sideloadly by multiple users, including full Telegram login and 2FA.

Jerkgram also works through LiveContainer with the required compatibility settings.

After Beta 1 and Beta 2 testing, Jerkgram 1.0.2 is now available as a Stable release.

📱 Separate Bundle ID
Jerkgram now uses com.jerkgram.ios, so it can be installed alongside the official Telegram app.

If you still have an older Jerkgram version installed, removing it before installing 1.0.2 is recommended.

🚫 Blocked users filtering
Filtering in groups and supergroups now covers messages, reactions, chat previews, unread state and navigation.

⚡️ Performance & stability
Runtime hot paths were optimized, repeated settings reads and visibility calculations were reduced, and additional caching was added.

⚙️ Settings, localization and Telemetry 2.1 also received improvements, along with various fixes accumulated during beta testing.

🇬🇧 Hidden Gifts update. 🎁

Telegram has changed the server-side behavior of previously hidden/unlimited gifts.

As a result, hidden gifts can no longer be sent through Jerkgram, userbots or regular bots. Telegram now rejects these requests server-side, meaning this functionality can no longer be restored from the client side.

The rest of Jerkgram’s Gifts features remain unaffected.

The unavailable sending option will be adjusted in a future Jerkgram update so the interface reflects the new Telegram behavior correctly.

Telegram изменил серверное поведение ранее скрытых/unlimited-подарков.

В результате скрытые подарки больше нельзя отправлять через Jerkgram, userbot’ов или обычных ботов. Telegram теперь отклоняет такие запросы на стороне сервера, поэтому восстановить эту возможность только средствами клиента больше нельзя.

Остальные возможности Jerkgram, связанные с подарками, продолжают работать.

Недоступная возможность отправки будет скорректирована в одном из следующих обновлений Jerkgram, чтобы интерфейс соответствовал новому поведению Telegram.
