The U.S. District Court in Southern Indiana ruled on this in 2014. You can read that HERE.

The Arizona Republican Party also has advised candidates and grassroots over the years, based on legal opinions they have received, that HOA rules and No Solicitation signs generally do not apply to protected First Amendment speech.

I appreciate the need for so-called “DOGE” committees in DC and our state capitols. That was needed decades ago.

I just hope folks realize much of it is talk and virtually everyone minus a dozen or so representatives/senators is a member of the Pork Caucus in DC and your state Capitols.

Carveouts, special interests, big budgets, ridiculous one-time appropriations for non government functions is common-place and your representatives/senators green light it all the time from lobbyist and leadership pressure.

This is what separates your freedom loving representatives/senators and your pork loving ones.

This is the hard stuff, like cutting waste and stopping appropriations not suited for government. Running a bill on 2A, the border, and GOP platform positions is not heroic or groundbreaking deserving of an award or giant praise. You don’t get a pat on the back for that.

We should be rewarding representatives/senators for doing the hard things that something like “DOGE” represents.

Time will tell and you’ll know who will walk. The votes never lie!
