I am extremely proud to have crafted this common sense law that protects Arizona children from sexual grooming in the classroom.

The law prohibits children's use of or referral to textual, visual, or audio materials that contain graphic depictions — literal or simulated — of sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or sexual acts (e.g., normal sex, sodomy, and masturbation).

A huge thank you to all the Arizona parents who helped us pass this bill with their committee testimony and emails/phone calls to lawmakers.

Democrats haven’t merely left our southern border vulnerable, their policies have incentivized more than two million illegal aliens to invade the United States since Biden took office. 

To make it worse, fentanyl has been flooding across the border as cartels ship their poison through border states and into the rest of the nation. Cartels are now packaging the drug as candy known as rainbow fentanyl to attract American kids, even calling it “Sweet Tarts” and “Skittles” to hook unwitting children. They are packaging the deadly stuff as “sidewalk chalk” to target kids at play—yet still the Biden administration says there’s nothing to see here.

The bottom line: Democrats have weaponized the invasion of America’s southern border in an attempt to destroy America. Republicans are fighting like hell to stop them.

I was honored to author HB2498 that was signed into law and took effect last month that prohibits any government entity within the state of Arizona, including public schools and public universities, from requiring the COVID-19 vaccine, or a vaccine for any subsequent COVID variant.

The Biden CDC’s attempt to coerce children into getting the COVID vaccine does NOT apply in Arizona!

Arizona will not mandate, or allow rogue school districts to mandate, the COVID vaccine for your children. Period.

Arizona Representative Jake Hoffman To Introduce Bill To Hold Media Accountable For Voter Disenfranchisement

Tonight at 5:50pm during Fox 10’s live newscast an onscreen graphic aired on the lower left side of the screen proclaiming Democrat Katie Hobbs the winner of the Arizona gubernatorial election nearly two weeks before Election Day. According to Fox 10, it was only a “test” and not meant for air. Representative Hoffman issued the following statement in response:

"While I understand the need for internal planning by news stations, errors like this that are broadcast live to the public pose a legitimate threat to our Republic and serve only to undermine the confidence that Arizonans have in the integrity of their vote. What if this had happened on election night or the day before the election? The impact to our democratic process would be devastating.

When the media falsely and publicly proclaims one candidate the victor before the election has even taken place it serves only to disenfranchise potentially tens of thousands of Arizonans, and it must not be allowed to stand. News outlets have a monumental responsibility to the public and must be held to a higher standard.

This coming legislative session I will be introducing a bill to hold Arizona news outlets accountable should they interfere with Arizona’s election and/or disenfranchise Arizona voters like this in the future."
