It’s very possible that they will charge Trump with J6 related offenses in the District of Columbia next. The only question there is whether they want to. If they do, the grand jury will issue an indictment with no reservations. Maybe Fulton County will jump in too. No one knows if this will happen, or when.
I am one of the few people who understands what it’s like to face deep state charges from the in multiple jurisdictions at once.
Needless to say, it is not fun. The whole thing would be marginally easier if I were a billionaire with multi-hundred millionaire dollar donor-funded slush funds dedicated to my legal fees. But only marginally.
The even bigger issue is the time. Even if you have the best lawyers that money can buy, entire weeks of your life simply disappear, totally consumed by the deluge of legal process and the travel required to engage in it.
