In October 2021, Michigan’s far left AG charged Jack Burkman and me with 8 felony counts each over an election robocall that warned about the risks of mass mail-in ballots.

Days later, a lawsuit was brought by the New York AG against us saying that the calls violated the KKK Act of 1871, and demanded we each pay a $2.7M fine, but only after forcing us to send out another robocall disavowing ourselves.

Just before Election Day, Ohio joined in, bringing an additional 15 felony count indictment against each of us over the same phone call.

In late January of 2021, Douglass Mackey was charged for posting a meme in the run-up to the 2016 election. Today he was convicted by a New York jury.

Douglass Mackey had never traveled to New York City in his life. And I had never been to Michigan or Ohio. But it didn’t matter. Just as the CIA rendered alleged enemies of the state to Guantanamo Bay in the early 2000’s because they wrote the wrong thing on a message board from an Internet cafe in Mauritania—leftist prosecutors will render you to their miserable jurisdictions to charge you with saying the wrong thing over the phone or in a Twitter meme.

We were the test cases. And now they’re coming for Trump himself. Very soon, they will be coming for you.

Douglass Mackey’s sentencing hearing is set for August 16th at 12:00 PM.

Inside a large company, the square root of the number of total employees generate at least 90% of the productivity.

Usually, the employees who are not a part of that productive group still find ways to make themselves “busy” by creating paperwork for one another to complete and emails to reply to and meetings to attend, etc.

In Michigan the AG advised our lawyers that they would request $5K bail. Then they ambushed us with a request for $1M bail each.

Maybe they will ambush Trump with a request to the judge for HWOB or a gag order. Seems unlikely, but anything is possible.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if Georgia jumps in now, much in the way that Ohio did in our case.

She had major support from CIA.

As a condition of bail in Michigan, the judge forbid us from making any mass communication of a political nature until after Election Day 2020. It will be interesting to see what happens in the Trump case.
