My back of the napkin math suggests that if the FDIC could manage to raise about $1.3T, then they could guarantee all deposits.

I’m no cheerleader of the SEC, but this is exactly correct.
For whatever it’s worth, when I was investigated by the SEC for 13 months, I found them to be total professionals. Ultimately they wrote a nice letter at the end saying that they found no grounds for enforcement action.
The Whale (2022) is quite possibly the most sickening movie I’ve ever seen. It showcases a teacher who abandons his family to pursue exploitative gay sex with one his mentally ill students. And yet the man still finds a way to make himself the victim, gaining 400lbs and slowly killing himself with junk food while tormenting everyone he knows by making them watch.

A truly disgusting film with zero redeeming qualities.

Binance and CEO Zhao sued by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

"Binance has traded on its own platform through approximately 300 'house accounts' that are all directly or indirectly owned by Zhao," according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges the 300 accounts associated with its CEO were exempt from the company's "insider trading" policy.
