Why do people on Twitter pretend that Adderall is so pervasive in society?

I suspect that these Twitter commentators come to believe this based on their own social circles.

The best data that I can find indicates that approximately 0.7 out of 100 Americans is prescribed Adderall or its generic equivalents.

Stimulants were prescribed far more in the 1980’s.

That, along with higher rates of smoking, likely contributed to the country being far less fat even though the popularity of sugary processed foods was much higher.

Scott Adams said that he was tired of seeing new videos every day showing black people assaulting whites.

He was immediately canceled.

Dan Bongino just claimed that the poll showing black distaste towards White people is "a distraction" from Biden's poor performance. He did not mention Scott Adams by name, but made sure to pillory what he described as "media fixation" on the poll.

Con, Inc. is absolutely shameless in its gatekeeping of White racial awareness. Whites are the primary audience for their content, and are also the overwhelming majority of Republican voters.

Legitimate leadership would acknowledge this and act in the interest of their supporters. Con, Inc. is the biggest complex of scam artistry in modern America.

White Americans deserve to know the truth about what other racial groups think of them, so that they may act accordingly. Con, Inc. is selling a perverse "MLK Conservatism" designed to keep people naive and ignorant of the challenges that are coming down the pike.

Of course, anti-White racial animus is common knowledge for anyone who has spent an extended period of time around non-Whites, especially blacks. But these Con, Inc. people also know full well that many of their listeners are genuinely ignorant of that animus. The MLK-worshipping cuckservative propaganda is all they've ever heard.

This feedback loop must be broken for the sake of White Americans everywhere.
