People think that Florida is great until they make the mistake of moving there.

When people are running from their demons, they go to Florida or the Pacific Northwest. That’s why both areas are such freakshows.

When you read about billionaires moving to Florida, they mostly only stay there just long enough to not pay high state taxes in one of the places that they actually want to live—like Santa Barbara, for example.
