During the 2016 campaign, Trump never uttered the term “CCP.”

He said “CHINA.” And for good reason.

China has been pushing for the popularization of the term “CCP” in US political discourse, through their American cutouts like Foreign Policy Magazine and Miles Kwok/Steve Bannon.

Pretending that the CCP is our enemy and China is not is the same sort of delusion that led us to think that the Iraqi people would love America as soon as we did away with Saddam Hussein and his Ba’ath Party. We all know how that went.

Embrace state power or perish lose (politically speaking)

You might be surprised how low the barrier to entry is on many seemingly esoteric skills, particularly if you have an IQ of 110 or higher (top quartile).

Microsoft excel mastery can be achieved in a week and with a week of practice, you'd be capable of solving a Rubik's Cube in under a minute. Inside of 12 weeks, you could be good enough at playing the piano to make it a party-trick or play tennis well enough to be competitive at the local courts. With 1 hour a day, seven days per week training, you can gain a serviceable handle on most foreign languages in 4 months.

This isn't to say that you can become a maestro without torturous amounts of work, but it is good to remind yourself that many skills which might be quite useful to you are in fact low hanging fruit.
