The following is a status report of what appears to be happening at this time (2022. 02. 27 at 12:00 noon Kiev time) in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I am trying to be as realistic as possible. I mean no disrespect or animus to either the Ukrainian side…
Here is a local and sober assessment of the situation on the ground in Ukraine.
It seems increasingly likely that Putin sent in the rookies to draw out Ukrainian the resistance.
Putin invades a country led by a Jew. But don’t worry, room temperature IQ imbeciles will find a way to blame the Jews.
Jew-Haters/Blamers are right’s version of woke.
They claim to understand a vast global conspiracy. They say that they know how things “actually work.”
Like the wokesters, despite their vaunted understanding of how the world works, they’re poor, usually single and often fat.
And yet they don’t look at their own lives and ask whether their unique, supposedly learned perspective is just dead wrong.

Fifty years ago, with a high school diploma, someone had a ticket to a well paying job, a wife and a decent home.
That’s over. And it’s not at all clear that even a college diploma will get you those things.
People who were left behind by the system are very vulnerable to being sold a narrative about who’s to blame by the first eloquent snake oil salesman they come across on the internet.
Whether that narrative is right, wrong or somewhere in between, it leads nowhere.
Go ahead and try it. Adopt a victim mentality for a few years and see what it produces in your life. You won’t like the results.

Look at the physiques of people you see at political conferences.
So many of these people shouldn’t spend any time concerning themselves with politics. They need to get their fat asses into a gym.
If you can’t resist cookies and candy, you shouldn’t care about the filibuster.

Every war Putin has waged (Chechnya, Georgia, Crimea, Syria, etc) has been a massive success.
He only acts when Russia's immediate security is threatened, sets limited and realistic goals, and leaves things better than when he found them. Ukraine will be no different.
Compare that to the US.
American foreign policy is reckless, bloody, and the root of much of the world's instability, serving as a catalyst for everything from the rise of ISIS to history's worst refugee movement to Europe to now this perfectly avoidable conflict in Ukraine.
USA defied the UN security council when it went into Iraq. Where were the sanctions against America? Military and financial aid for the Iraqis? The theater of countries making furious moral condemnations?
The rank hypocrisy is what is most irritating of all. If international law was real and actually applied, the entire US leadership would be tried at the Hague.

Given how murky the information coming out of Ukraine is, the only thing you know for sure is to not be too sure you know anything.
The next generation of oligarchs will be made during this crisis. The men who are bold enough to say “This power plant belongs to me now. Come and take it.”
If you were 1/10th and smart and 1/10th as bold as someone like Roman Abramovich or Michael Bloomberg, maybe you’d be an oligarch yourself.
One of the richest men in Ukraine is Yuriy Kosiuk. He’s a billionaire because he took over all of the poultry farms left behind the last time that the weak and the fearful abandoned the nation of Ukraine.
The US Military is already on the ground in Ukraine in an “assist and advise” capacity.
Don’t pity US troops who get sent to Ukraine. We have a volunteer army and they want to go into combat. They are bored out of their minds sitting around in Germany for months on end.
