I was helping a friend look for a car recently. The market is unbelievable.

2014 Low Trim Chevy Suburban with 184,000 miles on. I would have guessed the price might be $6K-$7K. It’ll be worth scrap within a year or two when the transmission blows out.

Listed for $16,900.

2010 with 135,000 miles listed for $19,000.

The prototypical boomer attitude of “driving it til the wheels come off” is beyond stupid and the current automobile market highlights that.

The CIA operatives who ran Operation Mockingbird never thought in their wildest dreams that they’d have a TV news host so absolutely under their thumb that they could get him to where a literal f*cking pin from the Langley gift shop ON AIR.

There are tens of millions of Americans with happier and far longer lasting marriages than these men. Furthermore, each of these men has significant personal issues they didn't work through in a deliberate manner before they went for it.

I believe that I have discovered the identity of the January 5th Capitol Hill pipe bomber.

I personally conducted an in depth investigation of all publicly available data, including thorough data mining for online posts that could have been made by the bomber.

About a month and a half ago, I informed the FBI of this person’s identity and provided them with the dossier of evidence, including: vailed threats and semi-admissions posted by the person online, eBay orders that the person made for materials consistent with those used in the devices and more.

I identified the make, model and color of the backpack that was carried by the bomber—a key bit of information that had never before been discovered. Just like the oversized shoes worn by the bomber, the backpack has in recent times exclusively been sold by Nordstrom Rack. This individual displayed public online evidence of having shopped at that store.

Only the FBI possesses the resources and authorities to prove or disprove this person’s involvement (e.g. subpoenas for flight logs, rental car records, etc).

As soon as I informed the FBI, this person—who normally tweeted an average of 9 times per day—never tweeted or even liked a tweet ever again.

Was she contacted by the Bureau and spooked out of further online activity?
