This is the conclusion of military expert Julian Repke of the German tabloid Bild, commenting on the attack on the Tripilska thermal power plant in the Kiev region.
Kiev and the Kiev region are better covered by Patriots than other regions of Ukraine. This is probably why Repke concluded that the AFU had run out of missiles (Tripilska TPP is only 30 kilometres from Kiev and is clearly covered by the Patriot "umbrella").
