JUST IN 🚨 Obama-appointed federal judge Leigh Martin May rules Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) must comply with a special grand jury subpoena from the Fulton County district attorney, who’s investigating Trump’s efforts to pressure Georgia officials into overturning the state’s 2020 election results.

"Sovereign immunity fails to shield Senator Graham from testifying before the Special Purpose Grand Jury. Court finds that the DA has shown extraordinary circumstances and a special need for Graham’s testimony on issues relating to alleged attempts to influence or disrupt the lawful administration of Georgia’s 2022 elections."

Looks like our elected officials ARE IMMUNE from our laws!

Hillary Clinton tried to have Trump’s lawsuits against her thrown out. It failed.
The interesting part is that Clinton wanted the case thrown out, not because of the merits of the lawsuits, but for Lack of Jurisdiction!
That word jurisdiction seems to be coming up quite a bit lately and I don’t think it’s a coincidence.
Have a feeling jurisdiction is going to play a MASSIVE part in all this (not just this case) when everything comes out and to a conclusion.
