Military personnel are bound to follow orders but was forcing our troops to take a vaccine a lawful order?

There was a case ruled in 2003 by U.S. District Court (Washington DC) Judge Emmit T Sullivan who ruled that ANY EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE CAN NOT BE FORCED ON OUR TROOPS. This was in regards to an experimental Anthrax vaccine.
Our troops were being forced to take this experimental vaccine or be charged with disobeying orders, etc and face a court martial.
Gulf War Syndrome (Gulf War 1) was most likely caused by an experimental vaccine forced onto the troops. I think it may have been this experimental anthrax vaccine that caused Gulf War Syndrome.
Imo the experimental vaccine forcers/pushers with regards to the military are screwed. They will be the ones facing a Court martial.
I believe that our troops who were thrown out of the military for refusing the experimental vaccine will be reinstated if they wish or retire with full benefits.

Senator Stephens was found guilty just before the election and barely lost.
IMO the DoJ set up Senator Stevens and wrongfully prosecuted & convicted him in order to steal his Senate seat which switched to Democrat of course…and maybe it was all part of something much much bigger!?!
Then Attorney General Eric Holder dropped the prosecution after more evidence of massive prosecutorial misconduct was discovered…after the the election of course!
Holder tried to sweep it under the rug but Judge Sullivan wouldn’t hear if it and ruled that “the interest of justice requires the appointment of a non-government disinterested attorney”—in that case, it was Henry F. Schuelke III, a Washington lawyer—to investigate the prosecutorial misconduct. While Schuelke was conducting his inquiry, Stevens died in a plane crash, and one of the prosecutors committed suicide.
Senator Stevens dies in a plane crash and 1 of the prosecutors under investigation “committed suicide.” Probably the prosecutor that was going to turn state’s evidence.
The Senator was the outgoing President Pro Tempore of the Senate. Was he going to blow the whistle on the 25th Amendment…proving that Obama was born in Kenya and therefore was ineligible for the Office of President and that VP Joe Biden would be Acting President???
