This is to notify all 2nd year and above students that an important discussion session will be held at the JIT Big Hall on Wednesday, October 01, 2025.

The purpose of this session is to:

• Address matters related to academic progress, campus life, and other student concerns.

• Provide a platform to exchange ideas, raise issues, and suggest constructive feedback for improving the learning environment.

This is a great opportunity for us, and no one should miss it.
Go use your voice. Speak up. Say out loud the issues we’ve been carrying.
This is our one shot to make noise that actually matters—don’t let it pass by.

Here are some key issues we need to raise together:
1️⃣ Haircut problems – the restrictions and unfair handling.
2️⃣ WiFi access – especially in the male zones, we need fair connectivity.
3️⃣ Communication gap – no proper way to report complaints or reach the registrar about student problems.
4️⃣ Clubs & student life – is university only Café + Library? Where are the clubs, activities, counseling, growth opportunities?
5️⃣ Student Union accountability – right now it feels useless. Either it works for us—going down to students and addressing issues—or it collapses completely.
