EMSA-JIMMA SCORE in collaboration with the Jimma University research faculty has successfully conducted visits to the molecular biology laboratory and the clinical trial units at Jimma University.
It was such an inspiring and educational experience where students had the opportunity to observe ongoing research projects, interact with researchers, and gain exposure to the research environment.
It was also instrumental in helping medical students identify their research interests and increase their involvement in research.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Professor Daniel Yilma Bogale, Professor Zeleke, Dr. Zerihun (Ph.D.), and their co-workers for generously devoting their time to facilitate these research faculty visits.
We hope to continue to collaborate with them and other professionals in the field of medical research to provide more opportunities for students to explore the research world.

This is a 6 years old female child who is admitted 10 months back with the current diagnosis of "Stridor secondary to post intubation subglottic stenosis" after she presented with HGIF, fast breathing of 4 days duration. 10 months back she had history of intubation and chest tube inserted for "complicated pneumonia (Empyema), she was intubated for 8 days then 1 month and 20 days later she developed a stridor.
The above short summary history is for a patient, who is a 6 years old girl in our own hospital and needs money so that she can get the necessary medical intervention at Addis Ababa. she has been in our hospital for almost a year, please let us help her and find the care she needs and deserves.
