Hatred is a valid and necessary emotion that needs to be felt, understood, and especially heard.  What "anti-hate" campaigns actually do is disarm you emotionally, so you are unable to discuss/voice the issue, and ultimately: take action.

Isn't it interesting how most of the efforts behind the people who push "anti-hate" are often centered around disarming you in some way, or paralyzing you/distracting you, keeping you weak and without agency/independence?

Remember this: there's a reason the child is the most abused, targeted demographic in the whole of humanity. It's because they're underdeveloped, weak, dependant, and completely  reliant/subject to the thoughts/wishes of whoever controls them.
