Terror attack on Moscow. Three people kiIIed and over twenty injured at the Italian restaurant, Balzi Rossi in Moscow. A female Ukrainian agent tried to enter the private venue but was blocked off by a security guard before the explosion went off, kiIIing both and an attendee.
