Joking aside, the aim isn't to have ultra high T, the aim should be longevity, so taking it easy and not absuing your body is the goal.
Not going to the gym actually means you'll live a longer life as you're not straining your cardiovascular system, you should instead be hiking, cycling and doing light but endurance based exercises.
Eating fish, eggs, organs, fruit, meat and dairy and minimising carbs is the best for the bodies maintenance and fuel.
Not leading a stressful life, not being a stressed out person at work physically or mentally.
Having sex a lot, finding love and having children gives purpose.
Getting out into the sun, swimming in the ocean and just relaxing whenever you can will help you live to 110/120.
Caring about big muscles and T levels, pumping it so hard in the gym that your veins pop out your neck will just make you the biggest corpse in the graveyard at an early death of 50, 70 if you're lucky..
