Well that's a tricky question. The Bible never states anything close to that, but it isn't averse to the idea of outright racism. Take for instance the "Good Samaritan", the story itself is about helping those in need despite ethnic and religious differences. When looked at in a more critical light, this story biblically falls into the range of "Christlike behavior". But being Christlike and offering God's love to those in need doesn't mean you should accept them raping your daughter

To be honest if you live in Italy, Italian Neighbors are Slovenians, Swiss, Austrians, French, Monaco. At best by extention Germans and Malta. Not indians, that's way too far to be neighbors
