Today, we remember Willard Fillmore, the 13th president, and in my opinion, the worst president ever. In 1853, he launched the Perry expedition to force the Tokugawa shogunate of Japan to end and allow free trade in the ports of Japan.
Over time, Japan exposing themselves to the world has had disastrous consequences for humankind. In particular... anime and weebs.
