Consumer Reports unveiled scientific testing of 28 dark chocolate bars for lead & cadmium. All 28 contained the heavy metals, 23 including chocolate from Dove, Godiva, Lindt and Trader Joe's contained potentially harmful levels of lead, cadmium or both for people who eat one ounce of chocolate a day.

Exposure to Lead is known to cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage, even death. It can cross the placental barrier & expose an unborn child & damage a developing baby's nervous system.

Exposure to Cadmium is known to cause damage to lungs and can cause death. These chocolate bars had HIGH levels of Cadmium— Exposure to LOW levels of cadmium in food, can build up cadmium in the kidneys and cause kidney disease and fragile bones & Cadmium is considered a cancer-causing agent.

This is a microcosm of a much larger problem. The FDA literally gives the stamp of approval on many products that poison us. RETHINK everything you consume.

TUCSON, Ariz. – Ramon Antonio Monreal-Rodriguez, 36, of Vail, Arizona, was sentenced on December 14, by United States District Judge James A. Soto, to 152 months in prison and ordered to pay $151,000 in restitution to the U.S. Border Patrol for salary drawn while engaged in criminal activity.

Monreal-Rodriguez previously pleaded guilty to Bribery, Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Marijuana, Conspiracy to Make False Statements in Connection with the Acquisition of Firearms, and Conspiracy to Provide Firearms to a Convicted Felon, for his role in three separate conspiracies in two federal criminal cases.

HSI investigation results in New Mexico man charged with coercion, trafficking, transportation of minors

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Alamogordo, New Mexico man made an initial appearance in federal court Monday on a criminal complaint charging him with coercion and enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children and transportation of minors.

According to the complaint, beginning in 2018 and continuing into 2022, Alfonso Salcido Herrera Jr., 45, allegedly groomed and sexually abused at least four children who were between nine and 13 years old at the time of the abuse.

Herrera allegedly used gifts such as vape pens, alcohol, sex toys and travel to coerce and entice the minor victims to engage in sexual acts with him.

On various occasions, Herrera allegedly transported the victims from New Mexico into Texas and back to engage in sexual activities.

People around you will accuse you of focusing on the negative, or of being negative because you are trying to make them aware of some of the ugly truths of this world. I always used to respond that I thought I was extremely positive because despite being aware of the darkness I was still shining more than ever!

Firstly, you make better choices based on knowledge, and as you do it will give you a sense of strength and pride that you may have not experienced before.

Secondly, it helps you choose better people around you and you will start experiencing more sincere and genuine friendships and relationships.

And last but not least, as you discover the truth of what surrounds you, you will also discover the truth within you.

As you peel off the layers of conditioning and indoctrination, you will get to the real you, the person you were meant to be; the living soul in all its beauty, divinity and potential. Now is when true living begins! And the sky is the limit!
